The first 8-weeks of this program follow a Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/Lower Training Split & workouts are programmed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays.

This program is for the gym lovers & those 100% committed to their training. This program is highly effective at building a well rounded physique as it allows for more emphasis on isolation movements that are sometimes missed in other splits. Although this program has more training volume than any of my others I Wouldn’t Consider this Program “High Volume” by the industry standards, so if you’re looking to hit 15+ sets/muscle group each week I’m not your guy!

This Program is Best Suited for;

  • Individuals 100% Committed their Training (Miss even 1 session/week & it’s less effective than my 4-day program)
  • Experienced Lifters who train consistently
  • Those looking to build on their physique through more isolation work of smaller muscle groups
